BRAIN Damage!


Brain is the MOST Complex yet most IMPORTANT Part of our body..
It carries out many VITAL Functions and Very SENSITIVE!
Till this ERA SCIENTIST has discovered many things about BRAIN Yet many explanation remains as THEORY.. Of Many Body COMPLEX System, Brain remains as a mystery! ;p

- Brain is the site of cognitive, emotional, learning process.
- its the regulatory and control center that monitor
all body physiologic processes.
- !! The BRAIN Cells develop up to 3 y/o. After that, development STOPS..
This means that any injuries to the BRAIN ( in severe cases ) may be FATAL as the BRAIN cells UNABLE to regenerate.


Therefore, it is IMPORTANT For us to take this
FEW EASY Steps to HELP Preventing/MINIMIZING the rate of death of the BRAIN Cells.


1. Take UR Breakfast
- Consumption of FOODS means that u consume glucose.
BREAKFAST are very important to increase back ur blood glucose level to provide sufficient energy to ur body while carrying out ur tasks.
No FOOD can decrease this level.
BRAIN require very high amount of glucose to produce ATP..
Less glucose, less ATP : increase chances of BRAIN Damage..


2. Control your diet and food quantity
- Balance ur meal :: No EXCESS Glucose, Protein.
Overeating of this nutrient may causes hardening of brain arteries, lead to decrease in mental power.
Insufficient may cause insufficient supply of nutrients to brain.


3. NO Smoking
- Cigarette (tobacco) consists of many potent, toxic, carcinogenic subs. that are harmful to our body.
Smoking causes multiple Brain SHRINKAGE that may weakened memory and thinking system that may in severe cases,
lead to Alzheimer.


4. Sleep well
- Sleep allow our brain to rest means that brain function at a very minimum level. Long term sleep deprivation may accelerate death of brain cells.
!! Sleep at least 6 hours (adult), 8 hours ( kids and teens) ..
Sleeping aso assist in development of cognitive skills ( IQ,EQ) and growth.


5.Take a GOOD Rest when SICK
( Fever, Headache, stomach pain, period pain, menstruation)


6. Stimulate Your Brain --> READ more
** Thinking is BEST Way to train our brain, for preventing brain shrinkage.


7. Talk! :: Many ppl thinks talking is USELESS! but it doesn't.. Talking promotes efficiency of brain function. TALK many Things ESPECIALLY the INTELLECTUAL communication. Besides increase efficiency, it may aso give u knowledge and beneficial for cognitive development.
